Conscious of our proximity to Whitby’s natural assets, and aware of our “stewardship” of this precious area, we created a residential enclave that would live in harmony with its surroundings. The colour of the brick and the modern yet classic architectural details were selected to create an aesthetic that would set the standard for this area. This unique townhome community takes its place under the sky, and across from the lake, with a strong sense of environmental responsibility.
